Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. What we collect

Contact details (name, email, mobile), property addresses and details you supply, order and payment metadata (card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored by us), and standard website analytics.

2. Why we collect it

To prepare and deliver your valuation, to route your order to an appropriate registered valuer, to deliver reports by SMS and email, to provide support, and to meet our own record-keeping obligations.

3. Who we share it with

The registered valuer preparing your report, our payment processor, our SMS and email delivery providers, and property-data providers as needed to prepare the report. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data retention

Valuation records are retained for the period professional standards and law require valuers to keep working papers. You may request deletion of marketing data at any time.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff and valuers who need it for your order. Payment card data never touches our servers.

6. Access & complaints

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time via the Contact page. Complaints are handled within 30 days; unresolved complaints may be referred to the OAIC.
